Before we get started here, you must know: BIG SPOILER AHEAD for the final episode of The Mandalorian's second season. If you haven't yet watched that episode, you might want to stop reading and not watch the video.

Ok, now that that's out of the way...

The YouTube account Shamook deepfaked the surprise appearance of Luke Skywalker in the final episode of Season 2. To be honest, it might be a little bit better than the actual CGI used in the episode. The skin tone is definitely more natural-looking even if the audio synching is a bit awkward.

Anyway, it's pretty neat and cool to see how far technology has come. Even if it also carries real risks.
