Redditor homeisastateofmind recently posted a character personality so sketchy you'd run the other way if you met him in real life.

The reoccurring character was named Buddy, "Because you got to trust him if his name is Buddy, right?" homeisastateofmind wrote. Between dental surgeries, he decided to send unprompted clips of his original character to his friends. The character is apparently based off a number of real life characters that he met during his work in social services.

In the video, Buddy insistently lures the viewer towards a dark room with promise of an unmentioned substance. When the camera enters the darkness, Buddy's voice rings out, "Oh, you shouldn't have done that," followed by the sound of a door lock.

There's just something so jarringly untrustworthy about someone with a missing tooth. Why are they missing it? Why isn't it fixed? And why can't I stop watching this video?
