Richard is apparently up to no good in Silicon Valley Season 4 -- even Hooli CEO and all-around evil genius Gavin Belson is calling him a bad guy in the newly released trailer for the HBO hit.

"We're essentially a criminal operation, whose only produce is large-scale fraud," a rueful Jared tells a prospective employee in the trailer, while the ousted Pied Piper creator is busy creeping around in a hoodie, smashing things, insisting he's not crazy and getting questionable affirmations from a bearded Haley Joel Osment.

Oh, and Erlich tries mansplaining mansplaining to Monica and Laurie, so it's business as usual.

Silicon Valley Season 4 premieres Sunday, April 23 on HBO.
