Stephen Colbert delivers biting summary of Trump's 81-minute press conference

Running 81-minutes long, Trump's rambling press conference on Wednesday needed a little summarising. After The Late Show host Stephen Colbert managed to break down Trump's laugh-filled UN speech, it was only natural he'd do the same for the president's lengthy press appearance.

"In fact, when I walked out here to do this, it was still going on," Colbert quipped. "He was still taking questions as I walked on stage."

Colbert provided a relatively brief and biting summary of the president's press conference, opening with an addressing of the latest Kavanaugh accusation, then swan-diving into the weirdest, wildest moments, with a takedown of Trump's declaration that the allegations were a "big fat con job."

"That is a harsh attack on these women," said Colbert. "But it would make an honest slogan. Trump 2020: A big fat con job."
