Sandra Bullock plays a woman previously incarcerated, who is struggling to redeem herself in Netflix's upcoming drama The Unforgivable.
When Ruth Slater (Bullock) is released from prison after serving a 20-year sentence for a violent crime, she has a difficult time adjusting to her new life. Society refuses to forgive her for her actions, leaving her with only the hope of finding the estranged sister she left behind all those years ago. The Unforgivable also stars Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Aisling Franciosi, Rob Morgan, and Viola Davis.
The Unforgivable is in select theaters Nov. 24 and on Netflix Dec. 10.
