You didn't really think the Dark Lord was offed by a 17-year-old boy with a goofy scar, his rag-tag team of fellow schoolchildren did you and the faint memory of Dumbledore, did you?

The illustrious Lord Voldemort has returned -- believed to be in his shapeless form circa Harry Potter books 1-4 -- calling all his Death Eaters to action by appearing at the British Fireworks Championships last Wednesday night.

Muggle and amateur photographer Trevor James captured the sign of dark magic above Cattedown Wharves in Plymouth, Devon -- just a few miles from Hogwarts.

In case you have forgot the haunting visage of Voldemort, here he is, smiling with the lackadaisical charm of a boy who just wanted to live.

Though, if you ask us trained wizards, the firework image more close resembles the Death Eater Dark Mark than He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named's face

But regardless of what the exact symbol is, one thing is for sure:

"He's back! He's back! Voldemort's back!" (To quote Harry in Goblet of Fire.)
