Watch Ciara slyly refuse to say ex Future's name on live TV
Ciara just snubbed Future in the most subtle way.
The R&B singer was recently on Good Morning America with pal Ludacris to announce the nominees for the upcoming Billboard Music Awards on May 22. The pair are also hosting the awards show.
However, things got a little sticky when it was time for Ciara to read the list of top rap artists.

"Drake, Fetty Wap..." she starts. Then -- radio silence.
Ludacris picks it up from there, saying The Dreaded Name. Then Ciara takes the reigns again.
In case you've somehow missed it, Ciara and Future -- who were once engaged and have a son together -- are embroiled in a tough legal battle. The singer filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against him in February, saying he's made "numerous false and defamatory statements" about her.
So that makes it a little awkward to say his name on live television.
Watch around the 1:20 mark to see how it all subtly goes down.
