Elizabeth Warren thinks it's high time Donald Trump stops obsessing over her genes.

On Thursday, after the president brought up Warren's Native American heritage again at a Montana campaign rally, saying he'd like her to take a DNA test to prove her ancestry, Warren replied via Twitter criticizing his administration's "zero tolerance" immigration policy and giving Trump a serious reality check.

"While you obsess over my genes, your Admin is conducting DNA tests on little kids because you ripped them from their mamas & you are too incompetent to reunite them in time to meet a court order," Warren wrote. "Maybe you should focus on fixing the lives you're destroying."

At the rally in Great Falls, Montana, Trump called Warren "Pocahontas" — a culturally insensitive slur he's used, and been criticized for many times in the past — and once again questioned the Senator's heritage.

He then promised to the crowd that he would personally present a DNA test to Warren, should the two ever face off in a presidential debate.

"In the middle of the debate... We will take that little kit and say — but we have to do it gently, because we're in the 'Me Too' generation, so we have to be very gentle," Trump said.

"And we will gently take the kit and slowly toss it, hoping it doesn't hit her and injure her arm, even though it only weighs probably two ounces," the president went on. "And we will say, 'I will give you a million dollars to your favorite charity, paid for by Trump, if you take the test and it shows you're Indian."

AGH! Let's attempt to more carefully unpack Trump's comments, shall we?

We've already mentioned the complete racial insensitivity of essentially everything Trump says in the clip, so let's move on to him making light of the #MeToo movement — an era in which both men and women are encouraged to speak out against their experiences with sexual misconduct.

Back in Oct. 2017, Senator Warren and other women in Congress bravely shared their own #MeToo stories for a Meet the Press video. Warren said that as a young law professor, a senior faculty member asked her to stop by his office and proceeded to make unwanted advances towards her.

"We're in the 'Me Too' generation, so we have to be very gentle..."

Warren recalled that once she arrived in the office the man lunged for her and chased her around his desk, and though she managed to escape the situation she said his actions haunted her for a long time.

It should also be noted that Trump himself has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than a dozen women, including his ex-wife Ivana Trump who claims he raped her. Not to mention, the rally took place on the same day the White House announced the hiring of Bill Shine, a former Fox News Channel executive who's been accused of covering up sexual harassment allegations against former Fox News CEO and chairman Roger Ailes.

Many Twitter users also felt Trump's DNA test and #MeToo comments were made in extremely poor taste. Some even noted the fact that since the comments were said in succession, Trump appears to have been making a joke about rape kits or is at the very least confused about the difference between the two tests.

Of course, a DNA testing kit – such as AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, or 23andMe — is a kit that usually prompts a person to swab their cheek and mail the DNA sample to a lab to receive their personal genetic history and analysis. A rape kit is a container that includes materials needed to conduct a sexual assault forensic exam to collect DNA evidence.

So much bad in one short little speech.
