Virginia sees major flooding from Hermine
Post-Tropical Storm Hermine brought major flooding to areas of Virginia Friday and Saturday.
Hampton Roads, Norfolk and North Carolina's Outer Banks saw some of the worst of the flooding caused by the storm that's moving up the east coast.
Flash flood watches were in effect for northeast North Carolina and southeast Virginia, including Virginia Beach and Norfolk through Saturday evening.

Saturday morning, the post-tropical storm was located over the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Its winds have reached 65 miles per hour and it is expected to move along the coast of Virginia to New Jersey.
