Kellyanne Conway calls Trump the 'commander of cheese'
Alternative facts queen Kellyanne Conway appeared on CNN's New Day on Wednesday to discuss Tuesday's Eagles-free celebration of the Philadelphia Eagles. She said a bunch of stuff, as she often does, but one phrase will be embedded in my brain forever.
Kellyanne Conway referred to Trump as the "commander of cheese."
No, not the commander in cheese -- that would be an understandable mistake, because the phrase she was going for was obviously "commander in chief." The commander of cheese. As if she was already familiar with the phrase and this was just a little slip.
Who has Kellyanne Conway called the commander of cheese before? Is it a family member? A Wisconsinite friend? Herself? Who knows.
Here is the clip. Please fax me your theories.
