In a swift move of post-election, charitable justice, Planned Parenthood received a windfall of donations and Mike Pence will 20,000 pieces of mail thanking him for donating.

In protest of the vice president-elect's track record when it comes to women's health, Indianapolis Star reports that 20,000 people decided to shower Planned Parenthood with love and donated to organization in his name.

As a congressman, the pro-life politician worked on a federal level to defund Planned Parenthood, an organization that provides basic and affordable healthcare for women. As governor of Indiana, Pence managed to shut down a Planned Parenthood clinic that was also the sole provider of HIV testing in Scott County—a move that many believe sparked an outbreak of the disease in the region.

Of course, donating in Pence's name means he'll also receive that many certificates of donations.

Entertainers like Best Coast, Amy Schumer and Amber Rose Tamblyn have been sharing the clever protest-donation move on social media in a post that includes Pence's official contact information.

"We are pleased that this outpouring of support recognizes the good work [Planned Parenthood Indiana and Kentucky] does and we welcome the financial support to continue to serve our patients who need us the most," Betty Cockrum Planned Parenthood Indiana and Kentucky (PPIK) president and CEO said in a press release.

"Hoosiers have recognized how bad Pence is for women for a really long time and now the nation is joining us in the fight against him," Cockrum elaborated.

Planned Parenthood revealed on Twitter that donations were also being made to the organization in the name of Hillary Clinton. Overall, online donations for the Indiana and Kentucky arm of the organization have gone up by 1700% since election day, and 160,000 donations in total have been made towards Planned Parenthood thus far according to the Indianapolis Star.
