And Uber is notifying repeat offenders, too.

First, Uber allowed you to open the Pandora's box of finding out your rider rating, denoted by a 1-5 star score drivers give you after the ride.

Now, it's letting you find out exactly what you're doing wrong.

Uber has enabled a new feature allowing drivers to choose a preset reason, if they've given anyone less than four stars, The Verge reported.

These reasons range from "wait time," "patience," "number of riders," "attitude," to "wanted a new route."

Additionally, a rider who is tagged with the same reason more than once in the span of a month, will get a notification from the app to let them know what they're doing that is annoying drivers.

While ratings have been anonymous, figuring out the source of a bad rating is probably easier, especially if you're an infrequent Uber rider. And now that the app will notify you, it's even easier to guess which driver rated you down.

Still, it's worth paying attention to. We could all use a little bit more considerate behaviour in this world.
