Are you in the mood for some fun in the sun, but currently miles away from the beach? Don't worry, we've got you.

This exclusive clip from Lu Over the Wall feels like the ultimate summer dance party. We're talking bright sun, gentle waves, catchy tunes, and an adorable little mermaid behind it all.

Wait, what?

Yeah, the "Lu" of Lu Over the Wall is a mermaid who comes ashore to join a middle-school rock band. Sounds harmless enough, except it turns out she's got the ability to make people dance. And that the local townspeople are dangerously scared of her kind.

It probably doesn't help that she's got the power to make them dance. Or maybe it does. I don't know. I just know I'm hitting play on this clip again and tapping my toe to the beat the whole time.

Lu Over the Wall hits theaters May 11.
