There's a new Pennywise in town.
Not only does little Shibuya the hamster make the cutest clown around, should he emerge from a sewer, it'd probably be pretty easy to win him over. All you'd need are a few baby carrots, much needed head scratches, and a nice fluffy pile of hamster bedding.
If only it had been that easy for the kids of Derry, Maine.
