Samantha Bee eviscerates the Trumpcare debacle

Donald Trump's administration failed to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act last week, and the incompetence made comedy gold for Full Frontal with Samantha Bee.

"Trump couldn't sell Obamacare repeal to a House that voted for it 60 times already? Closing deals is the one thing President Big-Boy-Truck was supposed to know how to do," Bee said.

Regarding Trump's meeting with the House Freedom Caucus before voting on the bill, Bee says "They didn't have a backup plan for when you became President -- none of us did, including you." Trump expected their support but didn't get it, and the bill was "dead-on-arrival."

Bee dissected Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan's comments after the bill's failure in a giant figurative eye-roll at their governing. She evens runs Congresswoman Barbara Comstock's victory ad for the now nonexistent success of the American Health Care Act.

To shake things up, Bee's next segment was about a rape kit law in Georgia that actually passed in the public's interest. It turns out that government works sometimes -- but it could always have a higher success rate.
