Chef Ryan Gossett from DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin came up with this cool concoction, which involves shaping freshly baked dough around a rolling pin, allowing it to cool and take the shape of a taco shell. The delicious shell is then filled with fruit and sugar. Yum!

2. Salted caramel dark chocolate chunk skillet cookie
Okay, so this one's a doozy.
