Do you love that warm, fuzzy feeling you get from seeing your loved ones light up when they receive a thoughtful gift from you? Well, a new payment app called Paytm Canada wants to reward you for getting into the holiday spirit by giving away redeemable points in daily contests running throughout December and January.

During the contest period, anytime you make a bill payment of at least $50, you will automatically be entered into a daily draw to win 50,000 Paytm Points. That’s a $50 value, which works out to one gift for them and one gift for you. That is incentive for even the biggest Scrooges to move everyone from their naughty list to their nice list.

If you put some of your holiday shopping on your credit card and then make a credit card bill payment of at least $50 before January 31st, you are automatically entered to win. The growing list of rewards include popular brands like: Apple App Store and iTunes, Cineplex, Tim Hortons, Sephora, !ndigo, Uber, Lululemon, Amazon, Hotels.com, Esso and so many more! There’s something to make everyone happy.

And the more bills that you pay, the more chances you have to win. Any time you make a bill payment of at least $100, you will be entered into another daily draw for 100,000 Paytm Points, plus you still qualify for the first contest for $50 or more!

If homemade gifts are more your style, you still have a chance to win big. Paytm’s holiday points contest applies to any bills that you pay through their free mobile application. That means you have the chance to win extra rewards points on your living expenses, like utility bills, property taxes, cable bills and so many more categories.

For example, if you pay a $100 mobile bill and a $65 credit card bill, you will get three entries in total; two for the 50,000 Paytm Points daily draw, and one for the 100,000 Paytm Points draw.

Because you actually get one entry per bill category over the $50 or $100, you could end up being entered in the contest multiple times. You can choose whether to stack your odds on one day or spread out your chances over several.

The contest starts on December 1st and will end on January 31st. Terms and conditions apply. Check the Paytm website for full contest details.

Bonus: for a limited time, new users who download the app for free from either the App Store or Google Play Store, sign up, and pay a bill of at least $25 will receive 10,000 Welcome Paytm Points. Plus, you can collect an additional 10,000 Paytm Points at the end of the month once the payment has been successfully completed.
