11,000 camels gather in the desert for an annual fair

At the end of each November, more than 11,000 camels and 400,000 people gather in western India for 14 days of celebration.

The Pushkar Camel Fair takes place in Pushkar - a popular site of Hindu pilgrimage - during the full moon.
