It's time to party like it's 2004 -- Whose Line Is It Anyway? returns to TV. The improv show will make its triumphant return to The CW on Tuesday night, and there's so much to look forward to.
There could be more "Scenes From a Hat," or new characters on "Let's Make a Date." But more importantly, there will almost certainly be more awkward moments when cast members look deeply into each others eyes and decide whether a sketch would be improved with a surprise kiss. (For newcomers to the show: The answer is usually yes.)
