Jung Myoung Sook, 61, has been rescuing dogs for 26 years. She currently lives on a hillside compound in South Korea, where she shelters more than 200 canines. In a country where dogs are a traditional delicacy and have only recently become popular as pets, some think Jung Myoung Sook's love for her dogs is odd.
