The Brit Awards have a fun tradition of inviting British artists like Vivienne Westwood to design a custom statue for the ceremony, which is helpful if you're One Direction and expect to build a collection of them.

For 2015, the honor went to artist Tracey Emin who is best know for installations including, a series of tents embroidered with names called "Everyone I Have Ever Slept With" and a cluttered bedroom, complete with condoms and stained sheets called "My Bed".

The popular response to Emin's pastel design has not been so kind -- it turns out, people are not big fans of the arts and crafts movement.

It looks like a lot of things. It looks like something that Taylor Swift, who won her first Brit Award at the event, would already own. It looks like a "shabby chic" Etsy search.

Check out 10 things the people on Twitter are saying could have inspired the design.
