Last year, we broke the Internet. This year, we're building it back up.

That's right -- it's the Internet of the future. Visit the 2016 Mashable House at SXSW and take a glimpse into the future of the web. Are your favorite memes poised to take over the planet? (Probably not). Will there still be cats? (Probably). Will there still be Beyoncé? (Most definitely yes).

The Mashable House runs from March 11 to March 13 at SXSW and is capped off by our annual MashBash party. You'll find tons of awesome Mashable swag, crazy activations and tattoos by our friends over at Tattly.

Click here for more information about both the Mashable House and MashBash, and follow @MashableEvents on Twitter or sign up here to receive updates and announcements.

In the meantime, here's a look at last year's event.
