Jack Bauer is back! Four years after Fox's acclaimed TV series 24 ended, Kiefer Sutherland returned for a 12-episode follow-up series. Titled 24: Live Another Day, the program takes place after the events in the final season of 24 and follows Jack Bauer on the run in London.

If you watched Monday's two-hour premiere episode, it's clear that a lot has changed in the 24 universe over the last four years. That got us thinking about the major changes that have happened in our world since 24 ended its run in May 2010.

Just think about it, the last time 24 aired, Google Buzz was still a thing, Fox still owned MySpace and Instagram didn't even exist.

The scariest part? Thanks to the various NSA revelations, many of the scariest CTU plot-lines actually sound plausible in 2014.
