Update: I was mistaken in stating that Panoramio only uses photos you've taken for the new Look Around feature. I'm glad to see that this feature does include images from multiple users.
Panoramio, the geo-tagging photo site that was acquired by Google and integrated into Google Earth last year, now has options to create 3D panoramic views of your photos.
You'll need to first take several successive and overlapping shots of the area in which you'd like to use this new feature. Then the auto-matching tool on Panoramio will "link" the photos together in order to create the 3D panoramic experience. For photos that have this option available on the site, you'll see a "Look Around" link beneath the photo. This opens up the new viewing window for your 3D experience.
