IRC - The folks of Ars Technica will have an IRC channel coverage in addition to the standard liveblogging bit. Not bad if you're an old school IRC user like me (if the link doesn't work, install Mirc.)
Video coverage - Cunning.TV hopes they'll be able to get a live video stream of the event; we haven't seen many of those last year, but maybe they manage to pull it off. In the worst case scenario they'll at least have a live audio stream, which is also not bad. You can find some more live video links here.
Twitter - we sure hope that Twitter bought some additional servers for this event, because all the Apple fans will be twittering like mad in about four hours. This is the link for Appletell's Twitter coverage of MacWorld.
SMS - If you really, really, can't be online during MacWorld, you can at least take your cell phone with you and receive the updates via good old plain SMS messages. Sign up here for UneasySilence's SMS coverage.
