The team at 5 Second Films was making Vines before there was Vine. As a group, they're responsible for such micro-length YouTube gems as "Late For Work" and "Planking." But how do they come up with this stuff?

On the latest episode of Follow Me, AOL's 10-episode digital series that documents the lives of modern day digital celebrities, the team invites cameras into a brainstorm session that's actually more casual than one might think.

In fact, as you'll see in the exclusive clip above, the ideas that have spurred over 194 million views on YouTube actually come to life around a kitchen table, not a desk. But such is the life of digital creators, who often live and work in the same space -- which doesn't sound like too bad of a gig, honestly.

Check out the video above. New episodes of Follow Me premiere every Tuesday on AOL.
