What are some tell-tale signs that you are acing a job interview?

Answer below by Quora user Jeff Schaffzin, outbound marketer

In general, it is hard to tell if you are doing well during the interview, but there are a few signs that show you have a better than average chance of being moved forward:

The interviewer asks that you stay longer so you can speak with other individuals that you were not expecting to speak with until later in the process.

The interviewer gives you her/his contact info and asks you to contact her/him at any time should you have any questions.

Similar to the point above, if you send a thank you note and the interviewer responds quickly saying that s/he enjoyed talking with you and looks forward to seeing you in the future, it's a positive sign.

You are asked if you want to take a tour of the building and when the interviewer is stopped to ask who you are, s/he implies that you are going to be the next "xyz" (fill in the job title here).

The interviewer gets a call and s/he turns off the phone and apologizes for the distraction.

Similar to the above point, the interviewer is interrupted to discuss something and s/he asks if it can wait, since s/he is in the middle of an interview.

It's important not to ever assume that the job is in the bag. The only way to truly know that you are acing an interview is if you are told you are moving to the next stage, they want to give you an offer, etc. within fewer than 48 hours of your meeting.

Answer below by Quora user Jeff Altman, recruiter

The more [hiring managers or interviewers] talk, the more they probably like you. Sometimes, they are selling to you, and sometimes they are "basking in their own magnificence." Whatever it is, if you notice them talking a lot, in many cases, you've won them over.
