In case you haven't heard, March 4 is National Take Your Action Figure to Work Day.
In the spirit of the odd holiday, Imgur user downtwobane posted a DIY tutorial that will give collectors a whole new use for their less valuable action figures.
The best part? The project only costs about $15 from start to finish.

"My sister bought me [a] cheap Avengers playset at the Disney Store for my Birthday," downtwobane wrote on his post. "I had seen other examples of action figure lamps online and decided to make one with these figures."
"I found a small lamp at the thrift store for $2 and super glued the figures to the lamp," the DIY-er explained "Total cost to make the lamp was $15."
"Give it a quick primer coat," downtwobane advises. "Then finish it in gold spray paint."
For action figure lovers who collect more than just superheroes, downtwobane also made a lamp made from Frozen figurines.
Perhaps next year we'll all be celebrating National Take Your Action Figure Lamp to Work Day.
