One very cool dad brought his young son's action-packed dreams to life.
Dreamworks animator Daniel Hashimoto created Action Movie Kid, a YouTube channel that posts short videos starring his young son James. But the use of incredible special effects makes these clips cooler than the average home video.

These special effects help James seemingly blast into space in a McDonald's playhouse or dangle from the ceiling using a grappling gun. Hashimoto also packs in film references to action classics like The Matrix and the Star Wars saga.
