A new jailbreak tweak called "QuickEmoji" adds an emoji keyboard to your default iOS keyboard.
In the iOS, it's possible to add the emoji keyboard to an iDevice, which can then be accessed via the "globe" icon. However, accessing international keyboards from the virtual keyboard can be messy -- especially if you have a Siri dictation button wedged in between the globe icon and the space bar.
