AddThis is now used on 1.2 million websites. It's a familiar catch-all sharing button that lets blog and website publishers implement sharing across a huge and ever-expanding network of social platforms and web services.

Here's what the Facebook Like button will look like when integrated into the AddThis Toolbox:

Justin Thorp, AddThis's developer community manager, wrote today on the AddThis blog, "We see 'Liking' as another way for users to support the content they love and share it with their friends, fitting squarely into our mission of making it easy for anyone to share anything anywhere online."

He added that the company will soon upgrade its analytics packages to include data from the Facebook Like button. "We’ve had a great response from clickbacks," he wrote, "and we’re sure you’ll be excited to see how much traffic you’re getting from the button. We’re also planning to enable the Facebook Like button within the AddThis menu via the API."

Have you been using the Like button a lot since its launch? If you saw the Facebook Share and the Facebook Like button side by side in an AddThis widget, which would you be more likely to use?
