Illustrator John Stortz has traveled the country with his rescue husky, Wolfgang and documented their journey along the way.

Wolfgang was clearly born with the looks to model, but Stortz says getting his handsome dog to pose is hit-or-miss.

"He will go off climbing up ledges and peering off cliffs all on his own," Stortz told Mashable, "but if he's riled up or hasn't been out much that day he can be a stubborn brat." String cheese helps him behave, though.

Stortz hopes to take Wolfgang for international adventures soon and travel to Newfoundland and the Canadian Rockies.
