ADrive recently announced 50GB of free data storage for its beta users, and today's release is hoping to further entice users, despite some of aDrive's core issues brought up over the weekend. From Sean's original review of ADrive, it's clear that the company is hoping to provide a few peripheral features that enable users to better interact with the files stored through ADrive, as well as offering a solution for collaborative file-sharing processes.
To enhance these extra features, ADrive is now adding online document editing through a partnership with Zoho, as remote URL file transfer capability, according to 901am. ADrive also allows you to email files to others, directly from your ADrive account, and a new search capability has been added to the ADrive service, to make for better navigation.
Working in an 100% virtual environment with Mashable team members all over the world, we find ourselves needing multiple ways in which to communicate and share data. And writing for an online publication that covers the social media space, I also find myself retaining a great deal of information online, and needing to dig through all of it at a later date. To those ends, I'm glad to see email and search functionality layered into ADrive.
