Protests turn violent outside Trump's New Mexico rally

In one of the presidential campaign year's more grisly spectacles, protesters in New Mexico opposing Donald Trump threw burning T-shirts, plastic bottles and other items at police officers. Trash cans and barricades toppled over and several were injured. Police responded by firing pepper spray and smoke grenades at the crowd outside the Albuquerque Convention Center.
