Behind every successful HBO show is a skeptical spouse.
Amanda Peet, actress and wife of Game of Thrones co-creator David Benioff, apparently had little faith in the success and storyline of the show when her husband pitched it to her. Peet explained on Monday's Conan that she originally thought all the dungeons and dragons were "silly."
But now she's a huge fan and can be found on red carpets wiping that horse heart off her face.
