The app has also will give the full selection of Amazon Instant Video titles, many of which are offered à la carte to anyone with an Amazon account.

Users who don't subscribe to Amazon Prime can try it out in a 30-day trial. Amazon Instant Video on Android is only available to users in the U.S., UK and Germany. Amazon has has updated its page for the Android Amazon app with instructions on how to watch Instant Video.

The introduction of Prime Instant Video to Android comes just a day after Amazon slashed the price of its much hyped Fire phone to 99 cents (with a contract).
