Remember the guy who shared a video of himself cheekily trolling police in London?
Well, he's back. Only this time he's taken his armoury of pranks -- which tend to involve asking police officers for a kiss on camera or pinching their hats and running away -- across the pond to New York city.
Although not all the American police officers have quite the same amused reaction to Jack Jones' antics, this one guy more than makes up for the rest.
