Just a day after America celebrated its independence, the United States women's national soccer team won the World Cup, so it's safe to say that it's been a pretty good long weekend for all.

The team made impressive headway against Japan early on with four goals in the first half, prompting chants of "U-S-A!" to takeover the BC Place Stadium in Vancouver.
Ultimately, Team USA went on to win 5-2, and our loud American pride quickly took over the Internet with a flurry of patriotic tweets.
