Throughout the week, Zimmern, who is executive producer and host of the Bizarre Foods franchise on Travel Channel, will be curating some of his favorite recipes from his world travels on Mashable's Pinterest profile. It's globe trotting meets delicious food!
"I’m on the road 300 days a year, exploring cultures around the world by taking a look at the food they eat," Zimmern says. "The best stories are the ones at the fringe, so I seek out unique, unusual and interesting foods wherever I travel."
