Sometimes you just need to do things on the run, and you just simply don't have access to Photoshop, so that's where a GIF animating site like Gickr can come in handy.

Using your Flickr account or images on your computer, you add in up to 10 photos, set the animation speed, and you're off and running to the races with it.

We did a test that you can see to the right, and as you can see from Kristen's cut off face, you do need to adjust for size. You do also have options for avatar sized images with no Gickr logo in the top left. Sizes come in (all in pixels) 100, 120, 300, and 450 wide.
