Since the beginning of time, or at least when Nintendo 64 was cool, there's never been a greater bonding experience than demolishing your pals in Super Smash Bros.
The button-smashing gameplay in SSB was always easy to enjoy because it didn't require a great amount of skill to pick up the basics. A quick rundown with any gaming noob or even your grandparent would have you battling in no time.
Unfortunately, with most button-mashing games, a few repetitive cheap shots turned an enjoyable beat-down into an annoying and helpless struggle to keep your damage low.
You were lucky to get a B-down in when someone was pulling one of these.
