Terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed, but our sources confirm that it's a done deal and that Siri team members will be joining Apple's team.
We've reached out to Apple for additional confirmation, but the FTC's early termination records -- as tweeted by Robert Scoble -- also make reference to the acquisition.
Now that Siri is an Apple property, we don't expect the virtual assistant technology to make its way on to competing devices -- especially Android phones.
