Is This the Best Fake Apple iWatch Ad Ever?

Earlier this month, rumors surfaced that Apple was toying with concepts for a "smart watch." While reports remain mostly unconfirmed, a patent application from Apple earlier this week did outline a device with a flexible screen that could be worn on wrists.

The rumors sparked a frenzy of questions that Apple has yet to provide any concrete answers to, but that hasn't stopped an Apple fan from developing an entire commercial around the mysterious product.

The ad shows a woman waking up to an holographic alarm powered by the iWatch. The curved touchscreen device sits on a desk and uses finger-scanning technology to be unlocked. The user continues to scroll through different screens, including calendars and photos, that are projected into the air in front of her.

The commercial then switches to the woman on a jog with her iWatch strapped to her wrist, accessing phone calls and maps (all still projected into the air) on the go.

While reports haven't said anything about a release date, the commercial is predicting a long wait for the watch -- 2019.

Do you think the ad predicts the release date correctly? What other features would you like to see in the iWatch? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
