While for its part, Apple claims that Think Secret published trade secrets, going after the same blogs that help create the incredible hype that surrounds each new product release could prove a dangerous move for the company.
Apple has had an amazing year by most any standard, with brisk sales for all of its major products and its stock more than doubling. While it's probably unlikely the Think Secret case will have any tangible impact on the company, we’re wondering:
