We are writing to you from the future. In Australia, it is already after 9 a.m. on April 24 and obsessed fans are getting their hands on the Apple Watch hours before the majority of the world.

The same is happening across Asia, with fanboying rife across Japan and China. Social media from the region is starting to explode with glorious moments of raw unboxing.

While you wait for your delivery, feel the joy of someone else's:

Apple fans in the right timezone woke up to this overwhelming message this morning.

Australians were the first country in the world to kick off deliveries just after 8:30 a.m. AEST on April 24.

The first spotted unboxing was by Sydneysider Melanie Firbank, who treated Instagram to three glorious photos. In appropriate behaviour, her delivery man high-fived her and hugged her.

The clocks in Japan struck 9 a.m. an hour after Australia, and Instagram posts began to trickle in.

China was another hour behind.

Everyone loves a fanboy.

My #AppleWatch has arrived and even the setup process is freakin' awesome! #fanboy pic.twitter.com/sep3AzmZL4— Nish (@NishVeer11) April 23, 2015

And a jealous fanboy.

Some people were simply greedy, this guy is expecting two more deliveries today.

While the public waited at home this morning praying for the doorbell to ring, Australian footballer Adam Goodes was getting some VIP treatment at the Apple Store.

If you haven't ordered the Apple Watch (and you're not a football star), don't waste your time like these 23 confused souls waiting at Sydney's flagship Apple Store. Ain't gonna happen.
