It's cruel enough to purposely destroy an Apple Watch -- not to mention a $10,000 gold Apple Watch Edition.

The pro YouTuber TechRax, who clearly has a penchant for pulverizing expensive gadgets, crushed the 38mm Apple Watch Edition with large magnets.

The painful-to-watch video starts with an unboxing of the seemingly new watch. Then, two neodymium magnets -- which produce about 650 pounds of force when put together -- are used to crush the gadget.

The setup is not overly technical; the magnets are simply pushed nearer with sticks until they are close enough for the magnetic force to pull them together. The watch sizzles and sparks after the impact, but it's not completely dead. Although in very bad shape, it can still hold a charge.

If you loathe Apple gadgets and like to see them suffer, this video is for you.
