If you're looking to buy an Apple Watch but you're scared of those long, post-iPhone 6s lines in Apple Stores, soon you'll have another option in the U.S.: Sprint stores.

The carrier announced late Sunday it would start selling the Apple Watch on Sept. 25. That's also the first day of availability of Apple's new smartphones, the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus, which will also be a part of Sprint's lineup.

"We believe Apple Watch will be one of the hottest gifts for the holiday shopping season," Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure said in a statement.

In August, Best Buy announced it would start selling the Apple Watch at its stores -- all 1,050 of them in the U.S. by the end of September.

At its big event earlier this month, Apple announced a new set of Apple Watch bands, as well as a few new case color variants.
