Marriage proposals can be many things: cliché, adorable, goofy. But those that take the (wedding) cake are often the unexpected.
Chelsea Toston was in for a surprise when she and her now fiancé, Layton Smith, took a trip to the aquarium in Tulsa, Okla. Smith popped the question in a photo booth, which captured the moment for the couple to treasure forever.
The only hiccup was that the bride-to-be had preselected the picture's background.

"Had I known this was going to be our engagement photo, I might have chosen a different background," Toston wrote on Reddit.
We'll leave the innuendoes to someone else, but here's to hoping couple comes full circle with an underwater-themed wedding.
