After some questioned Arby's claim of the brisket in its new brisket sandwich being smoked for 13 hours, the item is featured in a new commercial. It details how the brisket does indeed get smoked for that long before it is frozen, packaged and shipped off to restaurants. Now Arby's is now letting you watch the whole process.
It's all happening on their specially made YouTube channel, Arbys 13HourBrisket that rivals The Yule Log or any Andy Warhol film for sustained monotony.
The commercial set set a new Guinness World Record after it aired on TV in Minnesota.
At the time of writing 15,000 people are watching the live stream -- which is probably more than anyone actually eating in an Arby's restaurant right now.
