Righteous waves are no longer reserved for the beach.

An artificial lagoon has been made in Conwy, Wales that can create the perfect wave every time. The breakers are created using an underwater foil shaped like a snowplow that's dragged through the water once every minute or so. The consistent waves are a great way for experts to hone their skill as well as help beginners to learn the ropes.
